Record 46% Americans use Web to follow White House race

Filed under: Hobbies, Internet, Technology, Culture-Society — admin @ 12:43 pm

A record-breaking 46 percent of Americans have used the Web and other new media to get political news and share their thoughts about the White House campaign this year, said a survey released on Sunday.

Some 17 percent of all adults said they daily scoured political websites, read campaign e-mails and text messages, or otherwise used the Internet to keep up with the election, the survey by Pew Internet and American Life Project said.

The World Wildlife Foundation

Filed under: Internet — admin @ 8:13 am

We do not have expensive offices in New York, London & Paris. Our offices are modest, low cost, situated in small towns and rural areas to keep down the costs. Endangered species are our main worry. We intend to save as many as we can, buy land for conservation and preserve the bio diversity habitats for the animals.

Foremost among the means we use are to get together with landowners, convince landowners to join with us, not to shoot or trap animals that threaten their livestock. In return for the help of the landowners we give landowners financial compensation when the big cats or other animals kill livestock as prey. This brings benefits for all participants. Landowners feel good about helping. Landowners do not enjoy being cast as bad guys. Now, they are not. Save the animals. Provide land as their habitat. Keep them safe.

The World Wildlife Foundation puma logo symbolizes not only our continuously work in taking an effective step on regarding wildlife protection but also our broader mission, future benefits of keeping the earth safe.

A number of the world’s most important biologists have anticipated that protecting habitat for wide-ranging felines such as pumas will conserve 90 percent or more of overall biological diversity. Because pumas necessitate home ranges of several hundred square miles, their preservation can help maintain a host of other species making use of the same habitat. The puma is also an icon of wild nature. World Wildlife Foundation is leading efforts to restore pumas to preferred former habitats and to put a stop to the extirpation of pumas in regions where they still live.

Southern Pumas in Argentina and Chile are at great risk. The population of pumas is declining alarmingly. Our current programme is dealing with this by enrolling the landowners of Argentina and Chile to help preserve the puma despite the depredations the puma makes by killing sheep and guanacos which are the lifeblood of the landowners.

In return for not killing or trapping the pumas we will compensate enrolled landowners participating in our scheme who submit claims for compensation where Pumas have killed the livestock of the landowner. We then have the co-operation of landowners. In fact we have their enthusiastic participation.

In addition, we know from the compensation claims the dates and locations of puma killings of sheep and guanacos and this allows us to plot the numbers of pumas and their territories. All of this is valuable data essential for conservation. Everyone gains.

The assistance of landowners is crucial. But we need your support to make the long term survival of the puma beyond doubt.

How to Create Romance When You Have a Chronic Illness

Filed under: Internet — admin @ 5:52 am

“Hot and bothered!” For most people these words create images of being twisted up in sheets, breathlessly reaching out to the one you love. For those with chronic illness, however, “hot” is more likely to refer to one’s thyroid condition, night sweats, or a heating pad on high. “Bothered. . .” Well, let’s just say when your body aches, everything makes you feel bothered: a cat that won’t move off your leg, a joint that continues to throb, and a spouse that is able to snore through minor earthquakes. It can be hard to be romantic!

Nearly 1 in 2 people live with a chronic illness in the U.S. which means that a lot of marriages are disrupted by this uninvited third party of illness, often including mental illness as well. Seventy-five percent of them end in divorce. Romantic ideas don’t have to be used just on Valentine’s Day.

So! How are some ways to get the spark back? Here are some creative romantic gift ideas and ways to say, “I love you.”

If YOU have the chronic illness:

1. Make an effort. Stop with the excuses. “I’m tired, I don’t feel good. I am in so much pain.” I’ve said them all. Guess what? You’ll probably always be tired. Put on some music, sit back and relax. You’re in pain? If you can push past some of the pain you’ll soon be distracted and forget at least a good part of it.

2. Make romance a priority. That means not spending the whole Saturday cleaning your house and then being exhausted. Rest up, even if it’s just so you can have a conversation without falling asleep.

3. Be enthusiastic during your romantic evening. Even if you’re just going out for dinner, don’t say, “I’m doing this just for you. I don’t really feel like it.” (Oh, yeah, that will turn him on.) Smile and talk about pleasant memories or dreams you have. Promise yourself not to talk about your illness for just one night.

4. You don’t have to write romantic love poems. Just put together a mini-album of your favorite photos and include notes about your memories and how much he means to you.

5. Make a list of all the things you notice he does that you don’t usually thank him for: taking out the garbage, getting you medication in the middle of the night, giving your child a bath, cleaning out the litter box. Type out a sheet of all of this stuff in fun fonts and different colors.

6. Get over feeling self-conscious and buy some underwear that don’t look like your grandma’s.

7. Text message him something daring or outrageously romantic that you would have said when you first fell in love-and text-messaging didn’t exist.

8. Give him a home-made coupon for something he would like but doesn’t splurge on very often such as, “Good for 5 guilt-free hours with your friends watching football.” Avoid making him feel guilty whenever he wants to do something you can participate in (like going hiking or riding a roller coaster.)

If YOUR SPOUSE has the chronic illness:

1. Buy her food that she can eat without guilt–even if you have to hunt it down. Did you know chocolate contains phenylethylamine, a chemical that produces the feeling of “being in love”? Look at your pharmacy for Russell Stover’s sugar free chocolate. Starbuck’s just introduced a heavenly new drink, a sugar-free Cinnamon Dolce’. Now that’s romantic!

2. Hold her hand, rub her back, call her a pet name you haven’t used in five years, don’t pressure her for more. Cuddle, snuggle, and cuddle some more like you will never let her go.

3. Tell her all the things you love about her: how strong she is, how much you admire her strength in coping with illness, how you’re sticking around no matter what. Who needs romantic poetry? Speak from the heart!

4. Buy her something she wouldn’t buy herself like a $20 bottle of lotion, a CD she’s mentioned or a rocking chair for the patio. What is something that she could enjoy when she isn’t feeling well? Pamper her.

5. Give her a romantic getaway. In short, take the kids out of the house an entire day and don’t say anything when you come home at 4 p.m. and she’s still in her pajamas.

6. Write her little love notes and hide them around the house. Or give her a romantic card (just because- like 3 days before Valentine’s Day) and write in it, cover one whole panel with your own words.

7. Looking for a romantic dinner idea for staying home? Buy an electric fondue pot and pledge to dip something in candlelight one evening a week and just talk.

8. Need conversation starters? Buy a game such as “To Know You … Better” or buy a book. Just do a search on “book of questions” for dozens of options. There are still a million things you don’t know about each other, and yes, talking does create intimacy.

There is no such thing as a perfect marriage. But a marriage where both people are involved in keeping it alive, despite the existence of a chronic illness, can be one of the most rewarding joys in your life. Romance comes in many forms. I loved my husband more than ever before the night I literally cound not move because of a rheumatoid arthritis flare. I “slept” sitting on the couch and he slept on the floor beside the couch to comfort me every time I moved and screamed from the pain.

Love comes in many forms. One of the books I’ve bought all the couples in my life is “Love & Respect: The Love She Most Desires, the Respect He Desperately Needs” by Emerson Eggerichs. Men want to feel respected, women want to feel loved. Usually we are offering our spouse what we wan’t, not what they need. Being aware of all of the little things we do each day that give one another love and respect, add up to romance when you least expect it.

The Past, The Present, And The Future: A Compulsive Gambler’s Thoughts Through Poetry Part 1

Filed under: Internet — admin @ 4:58 am

The Past, The Present And The Future, A Compulsive Gambler’s Thoughts Part 1 is a collection of poems that express what I was going through during the last ten years of my life. Through this experience I was able to better understand what I was going through before, during and after with my compulsive gambling addiction. You learn an awful lot about your self when you are able to put it into words. In part 1 there are two poems Time A Moment In Passing and Compulsive Gambler Reaching Out.

Time A Moment In Passing

Time, a moment in passing
Fleeting, never everlasting
Two people reaching out
Learning what life is all about
Too short
Too sweet
Too simple
Loving the moments from day to day
Never understanding when one goes their own way
Caring
Understanding
Giving to one another
Makes life wonderful for each other
Friends, we will always be
Both opened our hearts as you can see
Distance, no obstacle for those who care
Always stay in touch which is very rare

Compulsive Gambler Reaching Out

Knowing life’s abundant resources
Trying to blend
Mixing, churning, disturbing
Restlessness creeping through my soul
Chastised due to abundant power
People caring but always
Distancing themselves to a major degree
It’s time to let me be free
Wanting moments of equalization
Being normal
Stop the pain from burning me alive
Help me please, people you must realize
Only human, flesh is all the same
Why? Why? Why?
Is it better to be financially free?
But needing people to spend time with me
Gambling friends are they using me?
Gambling friends are they true to me?
When will I know?
Must achieve equality with work and play
Telling me it will come some day
Must stay positive and calm

Mr. Howard Keith has an extensive background in dealing with compulsive gamblers, relatives and friends of gamblers and teenage gamblers.

Mr. Keith believes there are many alternatives to aid in the recovery of a gambling addiction verses a twelve step program. A large percentage of his emails were from compulsive gamblers looking for an alternative to Gamblers Anonymous and twelve step programs. Gamblers Anonymous also helps a significant number of people each year but there is a large percentage that they are unable to reach.

Change Habits- Choosing Daily Actions that Create Exciting New Results

Filed under: Internet — admin @ 3:00 am

“We are what we repeatedly do.” Aristotle

In the book The Power of Focus authors Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen, and Les Hewitt state that “up to 90 percent of our normal behavior is based on habits.” That means that one by one our daily habits build the quality of life that we lead. In the past, habits formed that served you in some way…the time you go to sleep, how you react in situations, how you communicate, what you eat, what you believe, how you perceive, how you focus your time, etc. Because habits run on autopilot we forget what a major influence they are in the results we experience. It is frightening to recognize that we rarely, if ever, change habits or even take a look to see which ones are in place. Are your daily habits serving you? When was the last time you checked? Here are 5 steps to show you how to change life and be unlimited by making a long-term positive impact one habit at a time.

Attention- First, pay close attention to your daily actions. Are there any to improve, add, or eliminate? One positive, new, long term habit a month results in 12 rewarding habits in place by the end of a year, 60 after 5 years. Wow, imagine how your life might be different then! Secondly, pay attention to new possibilities. Take a look at the Ideas Bank of possible daily habits you may not have thought of at .

Adjust- Make a list of new habits to develop that would lead to high quality living long term, and those you want to eliminate or replace. What habits do you want to add or eliminate? Instead of eliminating a bad habit you may add a good habit. For example, instead of choosing to stop snacking you may opt to drink more water. The water fills you and automatically reduces snacking. Then choose one to focus on incorporating into your life each month for maximum focus and success. If you choose more, select one as your primary habit. Choose what you want, not what someone else wants for you.

Activate- Know your motivation up front. What will you gain by making this shift? How will you be different? How will you feel once you have succeeded? What positive results may come from making this change? Review your motivation daily while taking action to develop the habit.

Accountability- Set up a structure to keep your new habit in front of you daily. It may be helpful to schedule it at the same time daily, add it at the top of your “to do” list or on your screensaver, or do it first thing in the morning. Tell the world what you are doing, find a friend to connect with weekly for support, or get a coach. You are welcome to pick up a complimentary Rewarding Daily Habits Chart for tracking purposes (which includes your motivation and support structure at a glance) at the author’s website.

Action- Make a commitment to daily action. Don’t just try it, do it! The choices you make in self-talk are part of taking action. Make sure your self talk is coaching you towards success and not sabotaging you. When life gets in the way and you miss a day, persevere. Remember the end result you want and run towards it with enthusiasm. You can do this!

According to Jim Rohn, “Motivation is what gets you started. Habits is what keeps you going,” Begin to change habits in order to experience extraordinary new results… one action at a time… Starting Now.

How Women Can Overcome Their Depression

Filed under: Internet — admin @ 1:01 am

What do you do when your fears and depression are stronger than what you can handle? There are times that no matter what you do, your fears have the best of you. Here is a list of techniques and suggestions on what to do when this happens.

The first step is to learn to take it one day at a time. Instead of worrying about how you will get through the rest of the week, try to focus on today. Each day can provide us with different opportunities to learn new things and that includes learning how to deal with your problems. You never know when the answers you are looking for will come to your doorstep. We may be ninety-nine percent correct in predicting the future, but all it takes is for that one percent to make a world of difference.

When a person is feeling depressed, he or she should take a few minutes to write down all of the things that he is thankful for in his life. This list could include past accomplishments and all the things that that they take for granted. The next time you feel depressed, review your list and think about the good things that you have in your life.

Challenge your negative thinking with positive statements and realistic thinking. When encountering thoughts that make your fearful or anxious, challenge those thoughts by asking yourself questions that will maintain objectivity and common sense. For example, you are afraid that if you do not get that job promotion then you will be stuck at your job forever. This depresses you, however your thinking in this situation is unrealistic. The fact of the matter is that there all are kinds of jobs available and just because you do not get this job promotion does not mean that you will never get one. In addition, people change jobs all the time, and you always have that option of going elsewhere if you are unhappy at your present location. Changing your thinking can help you manage your fears.

Remember that there is one power that is stronger than your fears and depression and that is the power of God. Be persistent and be open in the avenues that God may provide to you in solving your problem. It is not always easy, however God is in control and he will help you if you ask him.

If you decide to use the services of a professional, get into the habit of reviewing with your counselor what techniques work for you and which ones do not. Dealing with your fears takes practice so use this situation as a learning experience in improving your skill sets. In every anxiety-related situation you experience, begin to learn what works and what does not work in managing your fears and anxieties.

It is not easy to deal with all of our fears, however there are all kinds of help available. The key is to be patient and not to give up. In time, you will be able to find those resources that will help you with your problems.

Natural Face Lift Method Rejuvenates Face

Filed under: Internet — admin @ 8:56 pm

Are you worried by wrinkles or signs of an ageing face? Well so are thousands of other men and women throughout the world. Many simply start using expensive creams and treatments. However it is becoming increasingly normal to resort to face lifts and other facial surgery and procedures. The costs of this can be high, often painful and the results can sometimes be disappointing and not always what was intended. Sadly, it is also true that such procedures often need to be repeated again in future years.

If however, you would prefer a more natural treatment, using facial exercises can counter the effects of age on the face, providing in effect, a natural face lift. The great thing is that not only is this technique natural and safe it is also highly effective.

Whilst good diet and drinking plenty of water are essential for a healthy skin, like any other part of the body the face has muscles, over 50 in fact. Flabby and saggy facial muscles will only accentuate the effects of age but healthy strong toned facial muscles reduce wrinkles and improve the definition of features. Your face muscles are the foundations on which the face is built, by stengthening these, the whole face is better filled out which will in turn reduce any wrinkles and lines and bring firmer and better toned skin.

Facial exercises need only take about ten minutes a day. They do not require any special equipment, creams or even a gym membership; you can do them anywhere, anytime. The other good news is that it does not matter when you start doing them, whatever age you are at you can bring about a marked and in some cases dramatic improvement in your appearance. As the muscles firm and plump up under the skin wrinkles seem to erase, lines smooth and all those saggy bits tighten up.

Here is a quick exercise to try even if you do not feel you need a facelift. This exercise works on all the key pressure points just like reflexology on the foot. Hold your earlobes firmly between thumb and forefinger and gently rub over the surface. Work your way up and around the edge of the ear, rubbing them back and forth and then work your way back to the lobes again. Do this a few times and notice how much more energized, warm and alive your face feels.

If you are concerned about your face or thinking of a quick nip and tuck why not give your face a bit of a workout instead? Facial exercise can be fun, its free and it can take years off your face. So what are you waiting for, get to the mirror and start exercising that face now!

Why More Priests Need To Train As Fighters (And Why We Don’t See Many Boxers In Church) Part 2

Filed under: Internet — admin @ 8:53 pm

Is it just me, or does every man need to go through something like this at some time in his life - to know the joy of falling into your bed aching with the wounds that your sparring partner has inflicted on you that evening, and sleeping soundly in the knowledge that your ring brother is likewise doing his best to sleep off the impression that you made on him? I had many a glorious sparring session during those first weeks and months at Mundine’s. They weren’t pretty to watch I suppose, but they were epic struggles of the human spirit so far as I was concerned.

There are few things in life more deeply satisfying than a good fight. A hard night in the ring is an enormous catharsis for a man who is struggling with life, but it’s more than that too. When you step into a ring you’re making a decision to take control of your own destiny. The forces that oppose you are no longer vague powers that threaten to overwhelm you from a distance - the law, the courts, the system. No. Your opposition takes on a clear material form in the shape of the other man advancing on you from the other corner. To get into that ring and to stay in that ring is to make a decision to give it a go - to put your body on the line and to stand up to the punishment like a man. Fighting is more than a sport. It’s a way of life. It is the defiant decision to confront your pain directly and not to be overcome by it. Mundine’s gym taught me that, or at least it played a significant role.

There was another vital lesson I learnt at Mundine’s - perhaps even more important than what I learned about fighting. I learnt to respect the fight community.

The fight community is a culture all of its own, and was certainly spawned on an entirely different planet to the church community. I’m sure that some Anglican church-goers must have wondered why there are so many doctors and accountants in their congregations and so few fighters. The truth is that most church people just don’t speak the same language as fighters.

The converse is also true. The fight community, as far as I can see, has very little idea of what the church is on about. I don’t mean that fighters aren’t spiritual guys. On the contrary, some of the most godly and inspirational men I have met have been fighters. And yet they have no point of contact with the established church. The two groups just don’t understand each other at all. Never was this made clearer to me than on my fourth visit to Mundine’s gym.

I had turned up quietly in my tracksuit and was wandering over to the bench at the side of the ring where we tended to leave our gear while we were training. A group of guys were huddled there talking, and there was nothing particularly private about the volume of their conversation. I think they were discussing relationship problems, though I didn’t overhear everything. What I couldn’t help hearing was one guy say very clearly ‘So I grabbed her, and I punched her in the fuckin’ head’. He said it loudly and enacted a downwards punching motion as he said it.

Then he noticed me standing nearby and suddenly felt very self-conscious. ‘Oh, sorry Father’ he said. And then he corrected himself. ‘I punched her … (and he said it very slowly and deliberately) … in the head’.

If I’d had my wits about me that night I would have said something clever like ‘I don’t think the Lord really gives a fuck about your language brother, but I think He does care about your wife.’ As it was, I didn’t say anything. I think I responded with a feeble smile. At the time, I just couldn’t work out how this guy had ever got it into his head that, as a priest, I would be more concerned about the fact that he swore than I would be about the fact that he beat his wife? Nowadays I take that sort of perception for granted.

I think it’s the church that has to bear the responsibility for the communication breakdown. So much of the church nowadays reeks of a sort of insipid middle-class moralism that really does care more about smoking and swearing than it does about domestic violence or world hunger. I don’t think the Lord Jesus or St Paul ever intended to spawn any of these Christianized golf clubs that call themselves churches. Personally, I suspect that Jesus and the apostles would feel more at home in the average boxing gym today than they would in the average church. Of course they wouldn’t like the threats and the violence, but they would love the honesty. Fighters are very honest people.

One guy, again from the Mundine gym, summed it up for me. ‘Around here nobody stabs anybody in the back’, he said to me. Then he pointed to his heart and added emphatically: ‘You stab here!’ That’s why I have so much respect for the fight culture. I know I can trust fighters. I know they won’t stuff me round - smiling to my face but stabbing me in the back when I turn around. I wish the same could be said for all church people.

St Paul was a fighter. ‘I do not fight like a man beating the air’ he says. They had the ancient Pankration fighting in his day - a vicious form of no rules combat that was concluding event in the original Olympics. Those guys certainly didn’t ‘beat the air’. When Ulysses came home from the Trojan War, legend has it that his own mother didn’t recognise him. According to my friend and former trainer Kon, legend has it that when the Pankration champion came home from the Olympic Games, his own dog couldn’t recognise him! Those guys knew what real fighting is about.

St Paul would have made one tough bugger as a fighter. What I wouldn’t give to be able to jump into the old Pankration ring with him to go a couple of rounds! You’d never knock him down though. I suspect most of the apostles would have been like that - warm big-hearted men, but as hard as nails in the ring.

I have a secret hope that when I get to heaven I’ll be able to take on some of those boys and try my luck. I guess it’s not everyone’s idea of heaven, but it is mine.

Not All Hoodia Is Created Equal

Filed under: Internet — admin @ 6:26 pm

Before you run out and jump on the hoodia band wagon you need to be aware that not all hoodia is created equal, there are over 13 types of hoodia plants and only one of these plants so far is thought to contain p57 an active ingredient which acts as a appetite suppressant and is a steroidal glycoside and that is found only in the hoodia gordonii plant.

Mike Adams of News Target, estimates that 80 percent of hoodia products are contaminated or counterfeit. It is impossible to know if a hoodia product contains pure hoodia and the active ingredient, unless it has been tested by an independent laboratory.

Here is an exact quote from Richard Dixey, CEO of Phytopharm who holds the patent on p57 when he appeared on 60 minutes

“The patent is on the application of the plant as a weight-loss material. And, of course, the active compounds within the plant. It’s not on the plant itself,” says Dixey.

So no one else can use hoodia for weight loss? “As a weight-management product without infringing the patent, that’s correct,” says Dixey.

From the above statement it would seem that you can sell a Hoodia Gordonii supplement, you just can’t say it is for weight loss or a appetite suppressant. I believe this is why many of the best Hoodia supplements have very plain labels that just say “Hoodia Gordonii” but don’t say anything about using it as a weight loss or appetite suppressant supplement.

So if you see on the label weight loss, appetite suppressant or hoodia diet pill this should send up a red flag that it might be 100% hoodia but made from one of the other hoodia plants as I’ve said not all hoodia is created equal, so it’s easy to see why many diet pills manufacturers just mix Hoodia to their already junk packed pills.

If you are going to take hoodia gordonii as tablets or pills, you may be surprised to know that you usually absorb some where between 2-20% of its dietary value. The reason for this is because of the binders which are needed to hold the pills or tablets to together.

Hoodia in a liquid form can be absorbed almost immediately, and the majority of people will experience its effects in just a few minutes after swallowing it. Liquid Hoodia has a much higher absorption rate as opposed to the pill/tablet while it can provide you with the same or better results than the pill or tablet even at a lower dosage.

A comparative study shows:

a) Liquid form of Hoodia Gordonii is much easier to take in, whereas tablets and capsules can be difficult to swallow for both minors and older people.

b) The liquid Hoodia absorbs immediately into your blood system, which helps you feel its effect almost instantaneously, while capsules and tablets can take a few hours to experience minimal effect.

With millions of overweight people jumping from one diet fashion to the next, the thought of taking a pill to “curb cravings” might sound like a dream come true. While pure Hoodia has been proven to stop you from wanting to eat there are literally hundreds of products claiming to contain this latest “magic bullet” in the battle against obesity. This might not mean much until you realize just how scarce Hoodia is. Consider that Hoodia Gordonii is only grown in certain parts of the desert, and after the recent media exposure there is no way for the supply to meet the demand.

What does this say for all those diet pills claiming to contain Hoodia? Well it means most of them are lying. In fact pure Hoodia is very expensive and hard to get so when you see the latest and greatest “weight loss pill” claiming to contain Hoodia odds are that there are only trace amounts that will have little or no effect or were made from one of the other type hoodia plants. What can you do to make sure your getting the highest quality Hoodia Gordoni in your weight loss supplements? Find the list of ingredients and make sure Hoodia is the only one listed, and that it contains at least 400mg.

Remember that any diet pill made from 100% pure Hoodia is going to cost about $40-$65 for a month’s supply. When you check out the companies make sure they have the certificates to back up their claims.

Be sure and remember that not all hoodia is created equal.

Your Article Resource Box | An Easy Money Making Idea

Filed under: Internet — admin @ 4:59 pm

If you know what article marketing is, then you know your article resource box is the place to make money. The catch is that you only have a small amount of space in which to entice the reader into further action. You must also abide by the submission guidelines of the article directory where you are submitting your article as you entice readers into action. There’s more than one easy money making idea to be taken advantage of with your article resource box.

One super easy money making idea that many people just flat overlook is making sure the links in your article resource box are correct. Although it seems to be a bit too simplistic in nature to even be addressed, just imagine how much traffic could bypass your site if you accidentally fat-fingered your web address as you typed and didn’t catch the mistake. Every reader that is interested in your website or product finds themselves unable to get more information because of an invalid link. Lost visitors equal lost revenue.

Another easy money making idea is to link your articles to the newsletter subscription page on your website. Newsletter sign-ups are a great way to interact with with your readers on a regular basis. This will also build an e-mail list for potential sales at a later date.

If you have a freebie that you can give to your readers, then you might want to include the download link in your article resource box. Free reports can build credibility with readers and website visitors alike, but only if the information is truly useful and relates to your niche article. This is an easy money making idea in that it will build a more trusting relationship with your readers and they will be more likely to be repeat visitors and repeat customers.

Build the SEO strength of your website with anchor text URLs. Use the keywords of your website as the highlighted links in your article resource box. Use this easy money making idea with care. Overdone, it will put your readers off and have the opposite effect that you intended.

Your article resource box can be an excellent source of revenue. Article Marketing is an easy money making idea that is fun and doesn’t cost you a dime to get started.
