The Chinese mainland and Taiwan signed a landmark agreement on Friday to allow mainland tourists to travel in Taiwan from next month.

The agreement, taking effect from June 20, will see the first tourist group arrive in Taiwan on July 18.

The two sides set a quota for the number of tourists in line with Taiwan’s accommodation capacity and may be adjusted next year.

“A maximum of 3,000 mainland tourists can travel to Taiwan every day,” the agreement says.

In the meantime, only groups of 10 to 40 tourists are allowed to travel to Taiwan, according to the agreement.

It also prescribes a maximum stay of 10 days for each group.

The two sides agreed on establishment of representative offices to handle tourism issues.

2 Positions for an Amazing Female Orgasm

My dear sexy friend, here are two “unusual” positions I want to share with you!

Whatever it is you are doing… STOP!!!

It will just take 2 minutes to read them - and they will help you surprise your lover tonight…

But don´t forget to get a bottle of Champagne first!!!

So, get ready for the most sensual night ever!

Position: The Wheelbarrow Difficulty: Hard Type of Intercourse: Vaginal

Description:

The woman gets down on the floor on all floors. The man comes up behind her and lifts her legs up then wraps them around his waist. Then he starts penetrating her while she holds herself up with his body and with her hands still placed on the floor. If you’ve ever done a wheelbarrow race, then you might already be familiar with what this position looks like.

Why It’s Hot:

This position has actually appeared in pornographic movies, so if you’ve ever wanted to live out your porn fantasies this might be a hot place to start.

It’s also hot because the angle of the woman’s pelvis lets the man get incredibly deep penetration. Although, it doesn’t leave any hands free for stimulating the clitoris or playing with the erogenous zones of your partner’s body.

Of course, it is difficult because it requires a lot of arm strength for the woman. It’s hard, but it’s definitely doable and worth trying at least once.

Variations:

If you want to throw in an extra challenge with this position, you should try walking around the room in this position while having sex. It’s more fun than erotic, but sometimes a little sexy fun can be just as hot.

Position: Riding the Bull Difficulty: Moderate Type of Intercourse: Vaginal

Description:

The man lies on his back with his legs spread and his knees slightly bent. His partner lowers herself onto his penis until she is in a seated position. She holds his knees and uses them to push herself up, then she lets herself fall back down gently. The man can help by guiding her movements with his hands on her butt.

Why It’s Hot:

For a man, this is an amazing position. Not only is he getting some of the deepest penetration imaginable since his entire penis is inside his partner’s vagina when she’s sitting on him, but he has a beautiful view of his partner’s butt and has free reign to touch and play with it the whole time. What man wouldn’t love that?

For the woman, this position works because it gives her control over the penetration. She can move faster or slower. She can grind or thrust or whatever she wants to do to make herself feel good. Plus, if her butt is an erogenous zone then she’s going to love having her partners hands all over it.

The War on Truth

President George W. Bush has long preferred illusion to reality. “See, in my line of work you got to keep repeating things over and over and over again for the truth to sink in, to kind of catapult the propaganda,” Bush explained of his approach at a public forum in 2005. For Bush, there are no real problems, only political problems. The only crises are when poll numbers fall.

Bush administration officials are obsessed with controlling the flow of information. Their strategy for maintaining their grip on power is simple: Perpetuate fear. We must remain in a state of total war. The implications for democracy are chilling. President Bush has asserted a right to unlimited wartime powers. Thus the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Geneva Conventions, and the very notion of a balance of power have been shredded. The official rhetoric is that we are now in a Long War, led by the president, über alles.

The media, so cowed for so long, has failed to present a coherent picture of this frontal assault on our democracy. Alarming stories emerge, piecemeal, of warrantless wiretaps, of U.S. sanctioned torture, of offshore prisons where thousands are being held at the whim of a president who invokes sweeping life-and-death powers and dispatches propagandists to cover his trail.

Information is a crucial weapon in Bush’s war. In a February 2006 speech Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld declared that “information warfare” will be vital to fighting terrorism. He lashed out at the media for “an explosion of critical press stories” that exposed secret U.S. anti-terror programs, including propaganda efforts in Iraq. He declared: “We are fighting a battle where the survival of our free way of life is at stake and the center of gravity of that struggle is not simply on the battlefield overseas; it’s a test of wills, and it will be won or lost with our publics, and with the publics of other nations. We’ll need to do all we can to attract supporters to our efforts and to correct the lies that are being told, which so damage our country, and which are repeated and repeated and repeated.”

He responded to the images of and charges about American torture of detainees in Guantánamo Bay and Iraq by dismissing them as fabrications. “The terrorists are trained . . . to lie. They’re trained to allege that they’ve been tortured. They’re trained to put out misinformation, and they’re very good at it,” he declared.

In a speech a month later, Rumsfeld made clear that he believes the real problem in Iraq is simply the coverage: “Much of the reporting in the U.S. and abroad has exaggerated the situation . . . Interestingly, all of the exaggerations seem to be on one side . . . The steady stream of errors all seem to be of a nature to inflame the situation and to give heart to the terrorists.”

The “truth” that Rumsfeld prefers can be found in the articles that the Bush administration is planting in the “free” Iraqi media, written by American psychological warfare operatives.

Camping Chairs: Some Facts and Trivia

The camping chair is a wonderful addition to your camping gear when you are fishing, when you are lazing on the beach, or when you are just trying to drink in the beauty of the nature in a picturesque picnic spot. The camping chair is the icing on cake – which though not compulsory or a necessity, makes a great addition to the comfort scale of any outdoor camp.

You Have Many Types of Camping Chairs to Choose From

As a camping chair enthusiast, I have found that there are a great deal of variations to what we think a camping chair should look like. In my opinion (and generally that of the market), the camping chair is something that is light, extremely strong, and foldable. It is usually made out of aluminum pipes (the body) and covered with very thick (bag material) nylon cloth. Hence, it can be folded and carried along with the sleeping bag and other such camping gears weightlessly and unobtrusively.

You will find, besides the standard foldable camping chair, that there are a number of other types of chairs, such as the inflatable ones which can also double as exceptional pillows, foldable chair-cum-table which can function as both chair and table as per your requirement, molded seat chairs, and even rockers. There is something for everybody out there. However, to get what you really need, you will need to run a proper survey or do research, and see what is available where, and what would be the most comfortable.

The Best Deals Will Come From the Most Unusual Places

When my girls one day came running through the main gate, they were carrying a miniature garden chair with them. This was a splendidly designed camping chair. On finding out from where they got it, I went to check the area out personally. There was a bedroom-sized garage full of clothes and sweaters and camping chairs. I was stunned at their exquisite beauty, and the throw-away price at which they were being sold. I bought them all for the sheer joy of having them.

Similarly, all you have to do is search. You must look in all paces to find whereabouts of these types of chairs. There is of course the internet; just running a geography-specific search will get you the details of all the dealers in the area. When you decide on a type of camping chair, you should keep in mind the exact purpose for which you will use it.

You may like to go fishing and use the chair to be able to stay/sit in running water – for this purpose you will need the waterproof camping chair, maybe modified with longer legs. If you need the chair to be simply your camping companion, then it does not mater about the water proofing – it should rather be small smooth and total foldable.

Make sure that the people whom you gift these chairs to love outdoor camping, otherwise the gift would be a puzzle; a singly tiny chair received in gift will be a riddle for them. The camping chair makes for some great gift choices, though a bit unusual.

Fear Be Gone

I recently received an email that prompted me to answer a poll about what I feared most. I didn’t reply to the email because my biggest fear at that moment was the fear of receiving more unsolicited email. However, I did start thinking about the subject of fear. What are we afraid of? What is fear? What can we do about it? We all have fears at one time or another and to one degree or another. I did a little research of my own and found that next to terrorist, fear of public speaking and fear of success ranked high on the list of things people fear most.

Fear of Public Speaking

According to one survey I read, many people fear public speaking more than death. Although most people are not aware of why they have a fear of public speaking on a conscious level, psychological studies have determined that nearly everyone who has a fear of public speaking experienced some major or minor trauma when they were younger that causes them to be fearful of public speaking as teenagers or adults.

Fear of Success

Another high ranking and common fear is fear of success. Success means achieving or accomplishing a goal. Success can mean the attainment of wealth, fame, power or whatever you truly desire for yourself. Success is a good thing. Why, then, are so many of us afraid of success either consciously or unconsciously? It is all about how we perceive success.

Instead of focusing on how good it will feel to finally accomplish our goals, we are focused on the negative aspects. Perhaps we have a memory of a successful person who was ridiculed for having “too much money”. Perhaps we remember hearing that it is easier for a poor man to get into the kingdom of heaven or that successful people feel they are better than others. Therefore, we become fearful of what others may say and think about us if we become successful. We often sabotage our own success.

We are not afraid of success itself. We are afraid of what we imagine success might bring with it. We think we might or should feel guilty for having “the good life”. We fear making our friends jealous and think they will no longer like us. We fear we are going to have to work harder to maintain our new status. We fear that we’ll have to pay huge taxes. We fear that people will try to steal from us. We wonder what would happen if we were to lose our fortune.

A Powerful Emotion

Fear is an emotion and the symptoms of this emotion manifest in each of us in various ways. Some of the symptoms of fear are shallow breathing, sweaty palms, upset stomach, nervousness, headache, inability to speak, inability to think clearly, depression, uncontrollable shaking, inability to moved, and anger. People literally lose their lives and have been known to take someone else’s life out of fear. All of the “isms” are the children of fear – racism, chauvinism, classism, sexism. Wars and crime thrive on fear.

Fear takes away our creativity, imagination, freedom and peace. Fear stops us from pursuing our dreams. Fear destroys relationships and can make us physically ill. These four letters, F E A R, represent the most powerful negative emotion that exists.

Ancient Celebrations Of The Christmas Holiday

Christmas may very well be the oldest holiday that is shared across the many cultures of the world; it is traditionally celebrated during the winter season (or even the warm summer season if you count Australia, where Christmas is celebrated as an official holiday).

Before Christmas was celebrated, people were finding time to celebrate in Europe during the winter holiday before the birth of Jesus Christ ever even occurred!

The Winter Solstice has always been a time to celebrate and rejoice; it is celebrated on December 21 in the northern hemisphere and it was after the Winter Solstice that the worst part of the year was behind them. It was at that point during the year that the days began to get longer, giving the people more time to spend outside on their crops and tending to their animals.

In Scandinavia during the Winter Solstice, men and their sons used to go in to the woods to cut a tree down. After the tree had been felled, a nicely sized log was cut out of it, and the men would carry the log back to the home. This log was dubbed a Yule Log, and the Yule log was burned in the fireplace. The entire time the Yule log burned, the family would feast. Often times the Yule log might burn for a whole twelve days! Of course, as the Yule log burned it sent sparks out of the hearth and as the sparks flew out of the fire place, the family would count the sparks and each spark stood for a farm animal (a cow, a goat, a pig, etc) that would be born on their property that year. It is important to note that farm animals were signs of wealth back then.

Saturnalia is a celebration of the Winter Solstice that occurred in ancient pagan Rome. Saturnalia was celebrated in honor of the god of agriculture, who was named Saturn. During the time of Saturnalia, the entire Roman empire is in a state of social disarray. Servants and peasants spend time with and celebrate the holiday with people of higher classes, which was a rarity back then.

The Saturnalia festival in itself can last as long as an entire week in Rome. During that time, people rejoiced all over the country of Rome. The phrase ‘eat, drink, and be merry’ was played out to its fullest. Shops and businesses are closed during the Festival of Saturnalia. Following the first week of Saturnalia, the festival itself usually ends, but the Saturnalia period itself does not end.

In addition to Saturn, the Roman god of agriculture, the Romans also worshipped an infant type god named Methra, who was carved out of a rock. On Mithra’s birthday, people also rejoiced, just as they did during Saturnalia. The day of this rock god’s birthday was one of the most sacred days of the year for the Roman people. It was a time for celebration and togetherness, and for family.

Hair Drug Testing – What Parents need to know about Hair Drug Testing?

Hair drug testing is a rather simple procedure. To start, you remove a strand of hair from your head or the participant’s head. This strand is then sent away to a lab for analysis. There are various types of drug tests available on the market. The two most common types of drug tests include urine tests and blood tests. These are also very effective. The downside is that they can only detect drug use that took place within the last three days. Thus, it is possible for a drug user to quit using illegal drugs for a short period in order to pass a drug test.

But, hair drug testing is more effective of the five main types of drug tests. Aside from urine and blood tests, a drug tests may be administered by obtaining samples of sweat and saliva. However, the latter two tests are prone to inaccuracies. Taking a hair drug test is a quick and easy. way to test because hair drug testing can detect drug use up to six months, habitual and occasional drug users are reluctant to take this test. The drugs, which have been used, are encased in the hair shaft, which becomes permanent. The only way to not detect drug use is to cut or shave the hair. Of course, if you were to shave your head prior to a hair drug tests, this may appear a little suspicious.

A hair drug test is able to detect the five major drugs. These drugs include marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, and PCP. Failing a drug test may have serious consequences. The employer or agencies that administer the tests have different procedures. While failing a hair drug test will likely result in a denial of coverage with an insurance agency, employees who fail a random hair drug test may be allotted a certain amount of time to discontinue drug use.

There is a bit of a controversial issue on hair drug testing. Studies have found dark-haired people are more likely to test positive for drugs because they have higher levels of melanin, which allows drug compounds to bind more easily to their hair. Let’s say a dark haired person who may have had some kind of environmental exposure to cocaine, but they didn’t use the drug themselves. Like a police officer for instance. There was a case in Boston in which seven police officers all tested positive for cocaine. Six of the seven former officers had a second hair test conducted that came back negative within days of the positive result. All drug tests were analyzed by a different laboratory and all came back negative.

If you’re a parent and are afraid to test your son or daughter for drugs, a home hair drug test may be the option to take. You can acquire a strand of their from clothing or a hairbrush and test them for long use drug usage. If the results come back negative, then they are none the wiser. But, if their test should come back positive, you can look to help them in getting over their drug abuse problem.

Making Sense of Medicare Part D - Out-of-Pocket Expenses

A complete understanding of Medicare Part D Out-of-pocket expenses is critical for all Medicare-eligible individuals in order for them to maximize their savings and get the most out of the program.

What are the Out-of-Pocket expenses associated with Medicare Part D? On the Medicare.gov website “Out of Pocket costs” are defined as “health care costs that you must pay on your own because they are not covered by Medicare or other insurance.”

The Out-of-Pocket (OOP) expenses associated with Medicare Part D are basically any costs for an enrollee’s medications that Medicare will not cover and that they must pay for on their own. These OOP expenses include the annual deductible, which ranges from $0 - $250 depending on the individuals chosen plan, and any other portion of their medication cost that they are required to pay such as the drug cost co-payments. It is important to note that an enrollee’s monthly premium is not counted as an Out-of-pocket expense. These premium payments are an additional expense on top of the out-of-pocket expenses.

The majority of Medicare drug plans have a $250 annual deductible and a 25% co-payment for all enrollee’s drug costs until they have reached $2250 in drug expenditures. Under this scenario, at the $2250 expenditure point, enrollee’s will have $750 in Out-of-Pocket expenditures. How do we come up with the figure of $750? This is calculated as such:

The $250 annual deductible + $500 (25% co-payment x $2000 of drug expenditures) = $750

Individuals who have close to or exactly $2250 in annual drug expenditures in 2006 will be the biggest winners of the Medicare Prescription Drug plan. Based on the individual paying only $750 in OOP expenses and assuming that the individual payed the national average monthly premium of $32.20, these individuals save approximately 49% on their drug purchases. However, not surprisingly, the majority of seniors do not fall in this category and the savings drop off sharply when you spend more than or less than the $2250.

For the millions of American seniors who will spend more than $2250 on their drugs in 2006, this is where the Out-of-Pocket expenses start to add up. Beyond the $2250 expenditure amount you are responsible for paying for 100% of your drug cost until you have spent $3600 out-of-pocket (called the Out of Pocket Threshold). This means that between the annual drug expenditure range of $2250 and $5100 you are 100% responsible for paying for the cost of your medications.

How do we come up with the drug expenditure range of $2250 and $5100? Here is the explanation:

When the Medicare Modernization Act was passed in 2003 it was decided at that time that once people had spent $2250 on drug expenditures they would then be 100% responsible for paying for their drugs until they his a threshold of $3600 in drug expenditures.

So between from $0 to $2250 there are $750 in out-of-pocket expenses as we calculated earlier in this article.

Avoiding Bankruptcy after Consolidating Debt with Bad Credit

Obtaining a debt consolidation loan can be a good way to help pay off your creditors and improve your credit ratings, which eventually lead to debt elimination. Understand that once consolidating your debts you still have to repay the consolidation loan. If you don’t want to find yourself filing for bankruptcy be sure to plan your monthly budget wisely and avoid rapidly building credit card debt.

The Risk Involved In Secured Debt Consolidation Loans

If you own an asset you can use it as collateral and apply for a secured debt consolidation loan. You will be offered lower rates than an unsecured loan. Your bad credit ratings have some effect on the interest so if you can improve your credit before applying for the loan you are on the best track. Due to the fact that you are using, for example, your house as collateral, you are in the risk of it being repossessed if you are found to be bankrupt. Avoid this by paying back the monthly loan payments and spend money only on things you need.

Once You Have the Cash Pay Off the High Interest Debt

So you’ve successfully obtained a debt consolidation loan with your bad credit ratings and the time has come to pay off your debts. Experts recommend paying of the high interest debt first! After all they are most likely the payments that cost you the most in the long run, debts like; Credit card payments, personal loans and the like.

Borrowing Enough Money to Pay Off all Your Debts

If you are hesitating about how much money to borrow, first calculate how much is the sum you owe. Borrow that amount and a bit extra just in case. There is no use in borrowing less than you owe. The basic idea or a debt consolidation loan is to merge your debts into one main loan thus dealing with one repayment. Make sure to get rid of any extra credit cards. One, maximum 2 per household is enough! If you find it isn’t enough than reduce your expenses. Remember to make sure that your income is enough to cover the repayment of the consolidated loan and any other expenses you may have. If you treat this carelessly you will find yourself eventually filing for bankruptcy.

Superman Logos Teach Design Principles

Just about everyone knows the Batman logo, even without the name along it. Superhero logos really don’t need to include a name, because fans know them by sight. If you’re not a connoisseur of comics, their logos won’t mean much, of course. The logos tend to carry the primary personality trait of the superhero.

Batman is a mystery character, always masked. The other unique trait about his logo is the bat-like aspects of his cape and hat (or is that just part of his cape?). Regardless, when your new superhero needs a logo, think about the primary features that make him or her remarkable, then concentrate on symbolically representing those things in your logo.

Spiderman is rather unusual as a superhero sporting his own set of shortcomings, in many ways a rather ordinary superhero. He’s the superhero who could be you, as it has been stated. But never mind, his logo emphasizes his remarkable ability to fly by spinning a spiderweb — and display a little muscle as well. However you want your superhero to be, create your logo to reflect it. A logo can do that in innumerable ways, if you let your imagination go. You too might end up with a superhero with odd self-talk!

Superman’s logo is what every guy dreams would be on his chest if he took his shirt off. A superhero logo that is only a decal is admittedly unusual, but it subtly represents what this superhero is all about. The truncated diamond shape makes us think subconsciously about Superman’s physique - the massive upper body every superhero needs, with his title filling the logo itself. Just one letter, that’s all it takes if it is done so that the superhero is properly represented.

And who can resist another superhero logo view of Batman? This one give us a better view of his cape and bat-like appearance. The appearance of the bat wings projecting below the logo text adds to the effect. The whole effect is also influenced by the fact that Batman’s face is dark - this superhero remains mysterious, that’s for sure. Remember the mood you are portraying when you make your superhero logo.
