Train Your Mind For Success With These Two Powerful Tools

Filed under: Webmasters — admin @ 3:40 am

You’re stuck in a rut. You want to make changes, be more successful, loose weight, learn a new skill, kick a bad habit, get a promotion or a even a new job…

…But every time you try to make the changes you so desperately want, something seems to hold you back. You try to start a new business but it never gets going, you try fad diets but they never seem to work…

There is something blocking your path to success – and that something is your habits. Your habitual thoughts and decisions coming from your subconscious mind sabotage your efforts to make changes.

Good News! You can get past this obstacle by eliminating the negative habits and thoughts that are holding you back.

That’s right !! All you have to do is overcome years of conditioning and lifelong habits :-) Easy to say, but not so easy to do !!!

Fortunately you are not alone with this challenge, in fact people have been succeeding in overcoming these powerful obstacles since historical times. And you can learn how to use the same methods to get the success you want. Here are two of the most powerful tools ever developed by anyone anywhere. They can literally transform your life.

Powerful Tool #1 – Affirmations

Your self talk is a powerful influence on your decisions and your results. Self talk can be positive – like when you feel you are good at something and you are being successful in achieving your purpose. Self talk can also be negative – like when you have moments of self doubt or you feel you are failing.

Either way your self talk will affect your motivation, your decisions and ultimately the results you get….

But what determines your self talk?

Self talk can come from your conscious mind – telling and willing yourself to do something. For example “Go on, you CAN do this”. This kind is the results of conscious decisions, usually motivated by your desire to achieve goals you have set for yourself.

Self talk can also come from your unconscious mind – those overpowering feelings of positive confidence or negative doubt that just seem to well up and express themselves in phrases like – “I know I can do this” or “I’m too stupid to even try”.

The bad news is that your subconscious mind makes decisions based on past programming and conditioned responses. It assesses your situation and comes up with a response that can be either positive or negative. Even worse news is that your subconscious mind can overpower any attempt by your conscious mind to use will power, leaving you at the mercy of the past that produced your programming.

The good news is that your subconscious mind can’t tell the difference between your conscious mind telling it that something is true and something actually being true. So with a little persistence you can change the behaviour of your subconscious mind.

The way to do this is through affirmations – simple, positive statements that you repeat to yourself as often as possible to change the programming in your subconscious mind.

Powerful Tool #2 - Visualisation

Visualisation is another powerful tool that can help you to overcome negative programming. Visualisation is the act of using your imagination to create clear images of where you want to go in your life. You harness the power of dreams to show your subconscious mind what it is that you want it to do for you.

If you do this often enough and with real conviction, your subconscious mind, which can’t tell the difference between something that’s real and something that’s imaginary, starts to believe that this is where you want to go.

Your subconscious mind will go to work and figure out how to get you to your goal. If you just trust it and be prepared to follow the ideas that come in to your conscious mind, you’ll find yourself moving effortlessly towards your goal.

You may have experienced this already.

Can you remember a time when you had a problem that you just couldn’t solve – maybe it was something like a difficult clue in a crossword puzzle or a problem you had to solve in your job. Try as you might, you just can’t come up with a solution… until suddenly, long after you’d stopped trying the solution just popped into your conscious mind from nowhere…

That is how the magic of your subconscious works for you.

===> Strong emotions are key

You should remember one important point when trying to implant an idea in your subconscious mind. It is the part of your mind that has strong emotions. Your subconscious mind will respond more powerfully if you speak its language. To do this you must link your affirmations and visualisations with strong emotions.

In this article we’ve talked about two very powerful tools that can cancel out the effects of any negative programming that you have received in your life and let you use your whole mind in getting to your goals. Using these two tools either separately or together can help you to make massive changes and achieve your dreams.

So what are you waiting for?….

Do You Need Focus To Achieve Your Goals Faster?

Filed under: Webmasters — admin @ 3:28 am

Let me ask you another question

What is the shortest distance between two points?

This isn’t a trick, the answers very simple yes it’s one that you were taught at school

…A straight line !!

So what does this have to do with you achieving your dreams in the shortest possible time, before they fade away and you loose sight of them?

Simple, you need to be travelling straight towards them at all times. That way you’ll get there as quickly as you can.

So why don’t you always head straight in the direction of your goals, why doesn’t everyone always do that?

There are lots of reasons why people don’t always head towards their goals. Maybe they make excuses like:

“I just don’t have the energy” “My cat/dog/goldfish was ill” “I was too busy” (watching the television…) “I was going to but my friend/distant aunt/uncle/cousin phoned” “I had other things on my mind”

Or sometimes they get confused, there’s just too many options to choose from. Or they actually start doing something and following a path and then some new fad comes along and they switch to that and then the next one and the next… In the end they run around in circles getting nowhere. So many people flit around from idea to idea never accomplishing anything.

Or maybe they just overcomplicate things, adding lots of extra steps to get from where they are to where they want to be.

How many of these things have you done?

Go on be honest… I know I’ve been guilt of them all…

Occasionally there are things that just can’t be avoided – major dramas, serious illnesses and accidents and these will demand your attention, slow you down for a while. But so often people let these events stop them completely.

None of these things have to happen. They are choices. We let ourselves get distracted.

Whatever your favourite form of distraction the result is that you loose sight of your goals and you waste your time and energy getting nowhere. Until eventually discouraged and disheartened you give up ever trying to reach that goal.

The Habit That Can Save The Day

So how can you avoid the pitfalls of distraction?

There’s one very important mental habit that can make a difference, one learnt by all successful people in all walks of life – business, the sciences, the arts….

FOCUS

Focus your mind and your energy on your goals. Don’t let problems and distractions get in your way. Remember what you focus on is what you get. If you choose to focus on distractions then you’ll get nowhere. If you choose to focus on your goals, then you will get there.

Focus is a habit that you should practice daily.

Take time every day to remind yourself where it is you want to go.
Have a well thought out plan that clearly states where you want to go and how you are going to get there – make it believable so that you don’t feel tempted to change horses mid-stream.
Every day plan the time you are going to use that day. Make sure you know when you are going to do the things you must do to get you moving forward that day.
If distractions do come up, pause, take a deep breath. Remind yourself about your plan. Ask yourself does this thing help me or hinder me? Only do the things that help you.
Use the Right Tools
If you aren’t in the habit of focus it can be very difficult to do. You will need to work to change your habits.

Remember there are lots of tools out there that can help you to improve your focus. For example writing a simple “to-do” list every day helps a lot of people. If this isn’t enough there are a lot of personal development tools you can find to help you focus better. You need to find some tools that work for you and start using them.

Make Money From Fellow Uni Students

Filed under: Webmasters — admin @ 9:21 pm

Are you currently enrolled in University, but also looking for ways to make extra money? There are many untapped business opportunities available to you, but some are going to be much easier than others. One such money making business that you may consider involves typing the class notes belonging to good students for a small fee, then turning around and selling those well-written notes to students who have missed classes or who are having trouble taking their own notes for another small fee (with the students permission to sell them of course and some commission for them!). You will find that there are many people who will gladly pay you to type their notes because they simply do not have the time to do the organizing themselves. On the other hand, you will also find many students who will gladly pay you a large amount to have their notes written for them, because for some reason or another they simply do not have the note-taking ability that they need.

Without well-taken class notes, many students simply cannot do the studying that they need to pass exams, which means that students who have missed classes or lectures or who simply did not take notes will suddenly be in a rush just before an exam to acquire the notes they need for a few quick cram sessions. This is where you come in, because you can sell many copies of the same sets of typed notes to many students all over campus, The most difficult part of making this business work is simply typing the notes, so this business venture may be best for quick typists, or for people who have access to typed notes already.

If you are quick at typing, you can gather notes from one or two students from each course, then you can type those notes up and sell them to students in each of the courses. If you do no have adequate typing skills, you may be able to find a student who is willing to do the typing in exchange for free notes, or for a small amount of compensation. A student who is poor at taking notes or who has missed a lot of classes due to injury or illness will likely be more than willing to purchase notes from all of their courses, allowing them to catch up.

You can easily take this venture campus-wide, becoming a broker for class notes for many different courses and subjects. The word will likely spread like wildfire once students realize how useful your service is, especially if your prices are low. Since there is very little cost involved in this business venture, you will find yourself reaping a large amount of profits with little effort. All it takes is putting in the extra effort to gather as many notes as you can, adding to your catalogue of notes as you go. This is a service that will benefit both you and all of the students who utilize the notes you sell.

Iran is One of the World’s Leaders in Cloning

Filed under: Webmasters — admin @ 7:46 pm

Iran announces that they have cloned their first sheep thereby shocking the world’s preconceived notions that Iran is a fundamentalist and 3rd world nation. Today they have shown that they are as technologically and politically as savvy as the rest of the Industrial countries. Iran wants to become a regional center for medical, aerospace and nuclear technology by 2025 and they are well on their way to accomplishing this.

A lamb that died a few minutes after birth was used in the experiment. Embryos were implanted into 5 sheep and 1 appeared to be healthy. When one of the lambs gave birth Iran’s medical notoriety rose indicating to the world that they are advanced. The world’s first cloned sheep was Dolly in 1996.

“We learned a lot about cloning during the experiment. It made us more hopeful about further cases,” said Dr. Morteza Hosseini (Karimi, 2006). Dr. Hosseini is a member of a team specializing in cloning at Isfahan Royal Institute in Iran. It is expected that the wealth of information generated by this experiment will make the next cloning session even more successful.

Islamic scholars are debated on the issue of cloning. Sunni Scholars out of Saudi Arabia are opposed to the idea while Iranian Shitte scholars indicate that cloning is acceptable as long as it isn’t done with humans. Cloning is the production of two or more beings that are complete genetic copies of one another.

The medical benefits of cloning are great. It is expected that through cloning medicinal material may be produced for preserving and saving lives. Few are truly aware of the full extent of potential hazards and benefits of cloning.

How to make a man?

Filed under: Webmasters — admin @ 5:11 pm

When an oscar winner Mel Gibson was stopped by the police in Malibu and was told that he’s being arrested for drunk driving, he
became infuriated and started uncontrollably swearing and insulting the men in blue. The media quickly grabbed this news insinuating that he has major drinking problem, but only until they found out the most important detail. Mel has asked the deputy sheriff if he was a Jew and with hate in his eyes said: « Jews are guilty of all the wars happening in the world!« Now he is facing six months in jail. Meanwhile Mel beggs public for forgivness and apologizes to the Jew community, many predict that this is the
end of his acting career.

Regardless of how long we could moralize about his outburst of deep-rooted hatred, the fact is, that our society didn’t improve
one bit from the end of the second World War. Evolution is taking place on a biologial level, but in spirit remains dualism. Either you are Jew or Catholic, East or West, black or white, good or bad, with us or against us. In 1963 Martin Luther King said his infamous words to the 250 000 headed crowd: »I have
a dream. That my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by
the content of their character.« When he was burried five years later, the governor of Georgia didn’t allow a public funeral. This
year, in January, almost 40 years later, his wife Coretta Scott King passed away. George W. Bush and three other ex-presidents attended her funeral.

Skin color, religion, sex orientation - just a few worrying factors cyclically coming forward. Yes, our society did start to accept diversion, but it is more and more politically
inclined. Politics causes a filling of threat and is pointing it’s finger to the guilty party. We snub at the things that prevent
us from living cozily in »that« given moment. And only years later we can say: »Ah, Bosnia, that must have been horrible…« In the meantime we are buying guns to our children and telling them that the one on the other side is guilty for all our trouble. However, if you are a father of Mel Gibson you may even say that »holocaust was almost entirely made-up«. Regardless of how impure american politics is, today, more than ever, general
Peter Pace’s words, spoken in front of the American Congress are true: Love your children more than you hate each other. Even
though he was aiming at Shiites and Sunnis in Iraq, these words can not be exclusive to them. You can not change the society if
you didn’t make a man.

7 Healthy Tips to Naturally Boost Metabolism

Filed under: Webmasters — admin @ 7:54 am

Do you need to boost your metabolism? Are you concerned about the possible side affects of the next miracle weight loss pill? These seven tips to boost your metabolism naturally will help you reach your weight loss goal and help you develop new habits for a healthier lifestyle.

Metabolism is the process in which the human body burns energy through digestion, blood circulation, the regulation of body temperature, and detoxification, just to name a few. Calories are the units of heat contained in food that are released from the body through the process of metabolism. Food is then converted into the energy the body needs to perform all its functions.

A slow metabolism can be due to a number of factors. A sedentary lifestyle where the body does not get enough activity to allow the burning of calories will cause the body to conserve its energy. Poor nutrition such as foods high in sugar and fats will trigger an insulin response where the body goes into fat storing mode. Eating large meals once or twice a day will slow metabolism because the body gets accustomed to not getting frequent refueling and has to store food in the form of fat until its next refueling.

These 7 tips will get you started towards a healthier you:

1. Get plenty of sleep – your body needs adequate amounts of sleep to rejuvenate and repair at the cellular level. Mentally, a deep delta rhythm sleep will make you feel well rested and alert.

2. Always eat breakfast – after you have been asleep, your body’s functions have slowed down considerably. You need to jump start your metabolism by giving your body something to work on.

3. Drink plenty of water – water that is chilled will increase metabolism because it will burn more calories in order for the body to regulate its temperature.

4. Eat smaller meals and eat more often – by eating smaller meals, the body has less to work on and can burn those calories more efficiently. By eating more often, you will not cause the body to go into fat storing mode because it is getting regular refueling.

5. Good nutrition – Eat foods higher in fiber such as fruits and vegetables. They have fewer calories and take longer for the body to digest, thus burning more calories. Limit the amount of sugar therefore decreasing an insulin response.

6. Exercise – exercise gets the body moving, the blood flowing, and tones the muscles. Increasing lean muscle will increase metabolism because it takes more energy to grow and repair muscle tissue.

7. Reduce stress – stress releases the neuro-chemical cortisal. Cortisal stimulates the body’s metabolism of fats and carbohydrates. This increases appetite and the pattern of binge eating causing weight gain.

By following these seven tips to naturally boost your metabolism, you will not only reach your weight loss goal, but you will also have gained healthy habits to improve your overall health. You will have improved your immunity response, regulated your blood pressure, reduced cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well as increased your HDL (good cholesterol) levels.

Two Basic Parts of a Low Cost Web Site Promotion

Filed under: Webmasters — admin @ 2:07 pm

Anybody could own a web site. Anybody could up sell their own products and services to their target audience. Anyone could try to promote their web site with a low cost. But there are not many web sites that have a truly successful web site with traffic all day through. What these individuals or companies lack is the most essential factor of success – a low cost web site promotion that really works.

If you have been trying to promote your own web site and you have received traffic every hour, my hands are down for you. But for those people who need assistance, who does not have the patience to promote their own product and services, and lacks knowledge to properly advertise themselves, here are some guidelines to help you achieve success with a low cost web site promotion.

Search Engine Submission and Ranking are the two basic parts to a low cost web site promotion. Both of the parts have the same effect on the market of the web site – for your products and services presented in your web site catches the people’s attention.

The first inexpensive method of web site promotion is the search engine submission. This first part is the act filing information and submitting your web site to search engines. There are two types of Search engine submission – manual and automatic. For a low cost and effective web site promotion, automatic submission is ideal because after filling up the information, a software program would forward this information to other search engines.

The second money-saving web site promotion is ranking. This refers to the numerical position in which your web site appears on a search engine, based upon the web site’s criteria. Some search engines rank the order in which your search results appear primarily by how many other web sites link to each page. The leading web sites on this order would eventually fulfill a low cost web site promotion.

Other types of inexpensive web site promotion you could use to boost up traffic on your web site are banner advertising, classified ads, text links and section sponsorship. Banner advertisements pop up above and below web pages, and sometimes in another window. Text links and section sponsorship may cost more, but these methods helps in promoting to your specified target audience. It wouldn’t harm your web site to try these methods.

Always remember that the effects of your not so costly web site promotion hits are increasing significantly each day. Don’t waste time; find an effective and affordable web site promotion of your choice today.

Christian Worldview

Filed under: Webmasters — admin @ 6:24 am

The Christians believe that God made all things around us. These material and non-material elements came from the prime reality and therefore will one day return to the where it came from. The nature of this external reality is good because it is of God. Human beings are creations of God. He created human beings according to his image, that which is all good and without evil. Christians believe that as human beings are created under the likeness of God, so do human beings have the ability to create, posses personality and use his intelligence to take care of the planet. Human beings are born with original sin which is forgiven by God in the act of baptism or as human beings restore their faith in God through the love of Jesus Christ.

In death, a person’s soul is either carried towards the love of his maker who is God or banished away from love, depending on how he lived his life as human being. Death is either the beginning of being with God in heaven or entering Hell that is a place without love.

Christians believe in faith and this faith is the one that makes it possible to know anything at all. One must have the faith before one can arrive at wisdom. The mind is not the sole way to acquire knowledge. There is also the heart and the soul where the mind is able to integrate so that wisdom may be the one to summarize a person’s knowing of anything and everything.

Human beings are given free will to do what they think and feel right. However, balancing this free will is the gift of conscience. It is conscience that leads a man to act on a particular decision. Each decision has consequence and will lead to judging the act as either right or wrong. Christians describe sin as something wrong. Merton describes sin as the lack of perfection since perfection is God who is essentially all good.

Mindful Knowledge Is Not Wisdom Of The Heart

Filed under: Careers, Webmasters — admin @ 1:18 am

Wisdom begins with realizing that you do not know anything - and that means all of the philosophy, concepts and ideas that you carry around of what you think your self might be like or should be like.

None of your “knowledge” has brought you to the realization that you are this one that is looking through your very eyes right now and how “impersonal” this one is.

Your “knowledge” has not brought you relief from the pain and suffering that continues to frustrate you because of your continued belief in who you think you are.

It is only when you begin to see that all of your “knowings” have not delivered you of anything but the idea that you think that you now “know” something that you did not “know” prior to the “knowing,” that wisdom begins to shine its light. At this point you might be ready to accept something “real” instead of more knowledge.

What is “real” is who you are. It is an inescapable fact and also the only fact that you have of yourself. You are. You can consciously be who you are because you already are the one that has always been true of you. It is what is looking through your eyes right now.

When you bring your conscious attention to this “motion of seeing” that is flowing through your eyes you “become” this “aliveness” that is flowing through the eyes.

In the immediacy of this “seeing” you are no longer perpetuating who you think you are. You have to let go of what you think you are.

The moment that you forget to realize this one that is looking through your eyes you are then back to perpetuating who you think you are.

It is as simple as this.

You either consciously be who you are or you attempt to believe who you think you are over the top of the one that is already true of you and suffer the consequences of that belief.

Who you are still is no matter what you do. Consciously be or unconsciously be - pretending to be who you think you are. You are that which everything arises out of.

Be you and be inexplicably happy in the richness of the heart.
